Halik is a turtle-heavy dive with some of the strongest current I've hit around Gili Trawangan.

The Dive

Boat dive out of Gili Trawangan, dropping to a max of 91ft (28 m), Deep Halik, Lombok, Indonesia — Boat dive out of Gili Trawangan, dropping to a max of 91ft (28 m).

This was done as a drift dive, current was strong the entire time, strong enough that chasing anything for a photo was a losing battle.

Visibility ran around 80ft (24 m) overall, but there was runoff from the nearby shore that clouded things up in patches through parts of the dive.
